SMS Messaging Terms

These terms apply to text messages sent by Global Gold Investments ("we", "us") from our business text line +1 (888) 853-7230.

What you will receive

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your inquiry, to schedule and confirm your Retirement Protection Review or other consultation, with appointment reminders, and with information about the Gold IRA and precious metals services you asked about.

Consent

We text only numbers whose owners have agreed to receive our messages when the number was collected, for example by checking the SMS consent box on our form. The box is never checked for you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and any appointment you have with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by Global Gold Investments.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. We may share your number only with the service providers that operate our messaging platform, strictly to deliver messages you asked for.
